Terms & Conditions – bdt456 Platform Rules and User Agreement

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• You must not share your Account credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
• You must not permit any other person to access or use your Account, including members of your immediate household.
• You must notify bdt456 immediately via the contact details provided on this Platform if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account.
• bdt456 reserves the right to treat all activity conducted through your Account as your own, regardless of whether such activity was authorised by you, unless you have provided timely notice of unauthorised access.

Any attempt to circumvent Account security measures, including the use of automated login scripts or credential-stuffing tools, constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate Account termination and forfeiture of any Balance.

bdt456 supports the following payment methods for players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• All deposits are credited to your Account Balance upon successful confirmation of receipt by bdt456.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bdt456 excludes all liability for:

Upon termination of an Account for any reason attributable to a breach by you, bdt456 reserves the right to forfeit all or part of your Account Balance, including any deposited funds, where permitted by applicable law.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which bdt456 is incorporated. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

If a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached through direct communication, the dispute shall proceed to formal legal proceedings in accordance with this clause.

Nothing in this clause limits your rights as a consumer under any applicable mandatory local consumer protection law in your place of residence.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remaining terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.

Waiver: bdt456's failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms & Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision unless acknowledged and agreed to in writing by bdt456.

Assignment: bdt456 may assign its rights and obligations under these Terms & Conditions to any third party at any time without notice. You may not assign your rights or obligations under these terms without bdt456's prior written consent.

Entire Agreement: These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and bdt456 in relation to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

Language: These Terms & Conditions are provided in English. In the event of any inconsistency or discrepancy between the English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.
